Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days from date received. Occasionally, we are out of stock on an item. You will be notified. If a delay is inconvenient, please notify us and we will send you a refund. Any uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather or strikes may of course delay the delivery of your order. There may be an additional freight charge for oversized or heavyweight items in which case you would be notified in advance.
